Bob Gasser is Chief Executive Officer and President of Investment Technology Group. Mr. Gasser was previously CEO at NYFIX, Inc. until his appointment at ITG in 2006. Before joining NYFIX, Mr. Gasser was Head of U.S. Equity Trading at JP Morgan. Concurrently, Mr. Gasser served on the Board of Directors of Archipelago Exchange as well as on the NASDAQ Quality of Markets Committee and the NYSE Upstairs Traders Advisory Committee.

Stephen Alepa is a Managing Director leading ITG’s financial network business. Mr. Alepa was an Executive Vice President at Macgregor prior to its acquisition by ITG in 2006. Before joining Macgregor, he was a partner in Arthur Andersen's financial services practice and held senior positions at Coopers & Lybrand and Andersen Consulting.

Angelo Bulone is a Managing Director and Controller at ITG. In this capacity, Mr. Bulone is responsible for ITG’s accounting operations, including corporate tax, treasury, financial management information systems, risk management, and financial and regulatory reporting. Prior to joining ITG in 1997, Mr. Bulone held the position of Vice President and Controller at I/B/E/S International, Inc.

Ian Domowitz is a Managing Director responsible for networking and analytical and research products at ITG. Prior to joining ITG in 2001, he served as the Mary Jean and Frank P. Smeal Professor of Finance at Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Domowitz has also held positions with Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Columbia University, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.

Bob Fitzsimmons is a Managing Director and head of ITG’s derivatives business. Mr. Fitzsimmons was Chief Executive Officer of RedSky Financial prior to its acquisition by ITG in 2007. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of NQLX, a joint venture between the NASDAQ Stock Market and EuroNext Liffe, and held senior positions at Nomura Securities International and Kidder Peabody.

Mats Goebels is Managing Director, General Counsel and Secretary of ITG. In this capacity, Mr. Goebels is responsible for overseeing all legal and regulatory matters. Before joining ITG in 1998, he held positions as a corporate attorney in the New York offices of Sullivan & Cromwell and Weil, Gotshal & Manges.

Peter Goldstein is Managing Director and Global Head of Human Resources at ITG. Mr. Goldstein joined ITG in 2007 from Deutsche Bank where he was Global Head of Human Resources for the Alternative Investments Division. Before joining Deutsche Bank, he spent nine years in human resources at JPMorgan, working in the US and in Europe.

Alasdair Haynes
Chief Executive Officer, International
Alasdair Haynes is the Chief Executive Officer of ITG's international operations. He joined the company as Chief Executive Officer of ITG in Europe in 1998. Prior to joining ITG, he held the position of Director and Head of Global Equity Derivatives at HSBC. Mr. Haynes has held senior positions with Bankers Trust and UBS after beginning his career at Morgan Grenfell.

Chris Heckman is a Managing Director responsible for the POSIT® suite of products, sales and trading coverage teams and business development. Mr. Heckman began his tenure at ITG in 1991 as a sales trader and later became the manager of institutional sales and trading. Prior to joining ITG, Mr. Heckman was with Salomon Brothers, working in the equity program trading group in New York and Tokyo.

Alan Herzog is a Managing Director in charge of ITG’s hedge fund services. Mr. Herzog also serves as Director of Corporate Risk Management at ITG. Mr. Herzog was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Hoenig prior to its integration with ITG in 2002. Before joining Hoenig in 1982, Mr. Herzog held positions at Paine Webber and Arthur Andersen.

Tony Huck is a Managing Director responsible for algorithmic and portfolio trading, international sales and derivatives in the United States and Canada. Mr. Huck joined ITG in 1994 as a Vice President responsible for portfolio trading. Prior to ITG, Mr. Huck managed domestic and international program trading in the equity derivatives group at Nomura Securities International.

Andrew Larkin is a Managing Director responsible for ITG’s global desktop business, including order management and execution management services. He rejoined ITG in 2005 from Morgan Stanley, where he was Executive Director in the electronic trading group. Previously, he served as a Director responsible for east coast sales and trading at ITG. Mr. Larkin began his career at Salomon Brothers.

David Meitz is a Managing Director responsible for software development, technology and trading support services, and information security. He joined ITG in 2002 from Reuters America, where he was an Executive Vice President responsible for consulting and client site services. Mr. Meitz previously held technology and customer service management positions at Citibank and Quotron Systems.

Maureen Murphy
Managing Director
Maureen Murphy is a Managing Director overseeing marketing, corporate communications and investor relations. In this role, she is responsible for ITG’s communications strategy and marketing program. Ms. Murphy joined ITG in 2004 from eSpeed. Previously, Ms. Murphy was a Vice President and Senior Research Analyst covering financial markets and technology at Lehman Brothers.

Howard Naphtali
Chief Financial Officer
Howard Naphtali is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer of ITG. Mr. Naphtali joined ITG in 1997 from Reuters America, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer as well as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Quotron Systems, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reuters.

Nick Thadaney was appointed Chief Executive Officer of ITG Canada in 2005. Mr. Thadaney joined ITG as director of sales in Canada in 2000. Prior to joining ITG, Mr. Thadaney was Vice President and Head of Business Development & International Equities at T.D. Securities. He has also held positions at C.T. Securities and First Canada Securities International.

Mark Wright is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Product Management. He joined ITG in 1992 and has held several roles including manager of the software development organization for ITG and chief information officer of the company. Previously, Mr. Wright was a Director of software development at Inference Corporation.
